Pisco Sour is a delectable South American cocktail. It is highly popular in Chile and is the national drink of Peru. It is made with Pisco a type of Brandy and lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white alongside some bitters to taste. It's a great way to get a nice fruity buzz going along with some yummy Chilean cuisine.
