Monkey's Tail is an amazingly yummy drink made with aguardiente such as Copa de Oro gold liqueur available online for about $20 (or you can substitute Brandy we suggest E&J) and mixed with milk, sugar, coffee, and cloves. You can also make a nonalcoholic version leaving out the liqueur. The drink can be compared to a white Russian and is traditionally served around Christmastime. It pairs well with our deserts such as Alfajores, Flan, Brazos de Reina, or tasty fried Sopaipillas.
